Ras Mohammed
Ras Mohammed is designated as parks and natural
reserves , with strict laws and regulations to protect and
preserve the environment there . Located in the southern part
of Sinai , 40 miles from El-Tor , Ras Mohammed lies in the
narrowest strip between the Gulf of Suez and Aqaba .
Scientists , explorers , scuba divers and campers alike seek
Ras Mohammed for adventure and excitement as it is the richest
area for marine life in the Red Sea and without doubt has one
of the best dive sites . Ras Mohammed is known for its wealth
in sea life , lovely coral reefs and clear
waters.
The shark observatory is one of the most
well-known with big fish such assharks , Napoleons and schools
of Jack fish and Tuna.
