Sallum border during this day.

Closed the
normal traffic between Marsa Matrouh & Sallum. .

Arrange the
necessary communications.

Arrange the
ambulance & men trance needed for the buses.
-
All needed
security during the transportation & the event.
-
Permission
for each group & the booking for certain area.
-
Buses
driving by convoy system from 08 to 10 each convoy.
-
Every group
get starting time from Matrouh to Sallum according to the
planning schedule table.
-
Every group
will get certain area by numbers & colors to avoid rush
traffic upon enter Sallum & out from Sallum & to avoid
accidents.

All tourist company requested to rush the
following information to the organize company:

1) Number of tourist, nationality & name
list.

2)place of the accommodation (Marsa
Matrouh/Alamin/Alexandria).

3)Kind of transportation.

4)Needed service from the organizer during
the Solar Eclipse.

Watching the view of the eclipse only (fees
= 30.00U$D P.P)

Area for camping & watching the view of the
eclipse without any camping equipment
(fees =50.00U$D P.P)

The tents, sleeping bags & the mattress will
be by the group.

watching the eclipse event:

Marsa Matrouh govern orate arrange 18 area by
tents to avoid the sun this area provide with electricity &
water , few number of WC.

There are possibility to provide the tourist
with hot 7 cold drinks with snakes.(not free)

For each group schedule time for in & out.

The buses will drop the tourist & go to the
park.
